There aren’t enough stars to give for the excellent service received from Joanne. She gave us a time frame and managed our expectations. A few days after applying for our PCC I enquired if the fact that we submitted two separate applications, if it would hinder the expedition of our PCC and within minutes Joanne responded with copies of our successful PCCs.

Definitely with every cent, and takes the stress out of applying for our visas.
