Visa Logistics assisted me in retrieving a South African police clearance certificate (PCC), for my wife, which we had requested approximately 5 months ago and it had the incorrect date of birth on it. If it wasn't for Visa Logistics I would have been notified by SAPS that the document had arrived possibly within the next month or two. It would have been invalid and who knows how long it would have taken to resend and retrieve the fixed certificate from Pretoria. It is really sad how broken the SAPS PCC process is. I also app**** for two new PCCs -- one for South Africa and one for Zimbabwe. Visa Logistics sent the PCCs to me within 2 weeks. Thanks for the good service. I worked with one of their consultants, Yusra Suliaman. She was very professional and notified me on WhatsApp about any and all progress. She also assured me that any mistakes would be promptly fixed which they were. I would recommend Visa Logistics to anyone that needs a local or international PCC.
