Poor Service, unhappy customer

I have had such terrible after service with this company. I have recently relocated to Doha, Qatar. I used this company to have documentation attested for - which was perfectly fine. But as soon as it came to asking them for the original receipts from the Qatari Embassy in Pretoria, the refused to give me my receipts (which is needed for reimbur*****t purposes). The matter was referred to their finance manger, who refused to give me my receipts - which i feel that I, as the client, is entitled to receive. Especially as it is for reimbur*****t purposes. It is very frustrating. I would not recommend this company.
