Police Clearance

I am so glad the previous person who wrote the bad review about Visa Logistics, did so after I checked them up on Hello Peter about 10 days ago. I would not have used them if I read his review, and I had the most wonderful service from them....in particular Renee Geland. My documents was collected on the same day as I made payment, and I was kept informed without the process (which took a week if you include the weekend). So thank you very much Renee, you have done your Company proud, BUT...here is not taking away from what the previous reviewer said. I am so sorry he had to struggle and unfortunately had to go through the ordeal, so I am hoping that Visa Logistics respond to his comment and make some form of promise to avoid this from ever happening again? Thank you Visa Logistics for getting my Son's Police Clearance so quickly, I will personally use you before I go through another ordeal of trying to get a document from a government institution ever again, and I will most definitely refer you.
