Mixed experience. Jodie was very helpful, fast on replies and quick with arranging PCC within 5 days also getting delivery done speedily! On the other hand Apostille took more than the 4-6 weeks time frame, causing me to have an expired PCC (older than 3 months) at the Embassy. Hence loosing both my visa appointment and all money invested for processing and visa
