Making things right, going above and beyond!

There is something to be said for a company that receives a harsh review and then goes OUT OF THEIR WAY to rectify the issues mentioned. This simply does not happen often enough. The biggest thank you needs to be extended to Mariam Mohamed, the GM for the Joburg branch. She was extremely professional and efficient yet still human in her understanding and concern and desire to help. We had a lovely phone call, discussing my previous review, and every day since then Mariam has ensured that I am being properly taken care of. I look forward to leaving yet another review, sharing my success with the company once my documents have been processed.
