Delays Delays Delays and Bad Communication

Delays and bad communication from start to finish. Advertised a 5-7 working day turnaround and yet mine honestly took 6 weeks! During the delays, they did not once give me an update, I always had to probe for answers and the only info they could give was that "we will let you know if it arrives tomorrow." They have no contact with those further up the pipeline so you totally in the dark during the 6 weeks. They advertised a international delivery of 2-5 working days but mine took 9 working days. Very infuriating and expected a lot more for the premium fees they charge.
