We had regular correspondence; ensuring I was never left in the dark. Nadene was always clear, honest, professional, helpful and SO kind. My previous experience with the company was not of the standard it should have been but these two women reached out and went above and beyond to make up for it. I had my fingerprints captured here at home, I then received my PCC within 3 days, and attestation of my PCC from both DIRCO and the Chinese Consulate was completed within the month.
