Faulty device not banks fault, no recall

<p>Firstly - I'm not sure if I'm directing my query to the right VISA department.I have had a number of transactions decline on my Invetec VISA card. According to Dee at Investec - your chip is faulty , which is the reason for many failed transaction on my account. Seeing that Dee made it perfectly clear it is not Investec fault, can you advise me why I needed to suffer embarrassment through your product, why the defunct batch was not recalled and further why your timeout hand shake has resulted in transaction slips stating declined being processed on my account.</p>
