Very Poor Service that cost us a lot of money

We were referred to Visa Express as a business that could apply for a Visa for Canada faster than if we did it ourselves. This could not be further from the truth. Visa Express completely messed up the application which resulted in Visa being declined. We then did a re-application ourselves and saw first hand what was required and just how badly Visa Express had taken short cuts in the process. When we did our own application it took less than 2 weeks to get the visa approved and put in the passport. When we approached Visa Express about the poor service we were told they are only a courier company and denied providing any actual visa services. Yet the prices charged certainly indicate they are an actual Visa Service provider. We lost R 23 000 due to their poor service and I would advise anyone seeing a Visa Service provider to look elsewhere or simply do it yourself.
