DO NOT USE VISA EXPRESS - EVER!!!

If you need to apply for a visa I highly urge you to find an alternative agency!

We app**** for Visas to Vietnam almost three weeks before departure, I am set to board my flight in 3 hours and I still do not have my Visa so I have lost my entire holiday, accommodation and all pre booked activities! No one from this agency bothered to keep us updated! No one used their initiative to make alternative arrangements for us or provide us with options. NO ONE had the decency to make contact with us first unless we emailed, called and went to their offices in person. ZERO COMMUNICATION from their side first !

They then had the audacity to give my partner a contact number of a Vietnamese person who we could contact to try and assist us - you would think they would use their contact and common sense to make the arrangements for us - NO INSTEAD their client (us) had to call because it was too much effort for them!

They are ***********, they do not care about their clients and they have zero idea how to upload clear images in the proper format while applying for a visa - our visa has been stuck in processing for bad images quality yet when we tried to upload the application ourselves we got a 100% upload match. No apology, no remorse, no urgency! They do not even have a telephone line that can call international numbers for emergencies! Please never use this company! I will be taking matters further as I have lost my entire holiday.
