Visa Emergency Services Failed Me When I Needed Them Most

I was stranded abroad for a full week without access to my own funds because Visa failed to deliver on its 24-hour emergency card service. The digital card I was issued didn’t work, the promised physical replacement arrived a week after it was ordered, and I received zero support despite over 10 calls and multiple emails.

For a company that claims to offer global emergency support, this was an outright failure. I expected reliability. I got negligence.

Still waiting on compensation and an explanation. Multiple requests to address the matter remained unanswered. Deeply disappointed.
