VIRVIC PROPERTIES - ******** ENTRY

On 23/09/24 an estate agent by the name of Sipho Nukeri *** from Virvic Properties called me at work and told me that he is there with my husband and is there to evaluate my property because my husband called him.He told me that my husband said that we're getting a divorce and he want to sell the house.I told him that I am not selling, he then again told me that my husband want to sell, so I have to. I told him that it is a joint property and I did not give consent to sell the property. He told me that because we're married in community of property it is shared by 50%, and my husband is divorcing me and I have no choice , but to sell. I told him he has no right to be there and has no legal authority to discuss these personal matters. My son told me that he took photo's of the inside of my house, of each bedroom, the kitchen,diningroom,bathroom, the granny cottage, the carport, the front of the property, this is so invasive, even after I told him to leave he had the audacity to take the photographs of my house. Virvic Properties can't care less about people, but these wolves are just there to make money.How can Sipho Nukeri evaluate my property without consent from both parties? Please be aware of VIRVIC PROPERTIES, as they are ruthless.
