Virtus Financial Services

I bought shares in a company called ICI then their name changed to Virtus Financial Services. I then requested since 2014 to sell my shares and I kept being told that they are waiting for a buyer for the shares. I bought shares for myself and 2 daughters. I then found out that now in 2020 Virtus is calling people that have shares to submit documents showing that they had shares which I did and now it is going on 3 months and when I follow up I am being told that they are still investigating. They never send correspondence but I am the one that has to keep checking on the progress. I will keep the faith that this time I will receive my money from 6 years ago.
