Non payment of penny shares sold

I bought penny shares via ICI Strata-corp years back and last year when i checked they were now managed by Virtus financial services. In May 2015 I submitted all necessary documents required by Virtus to sell these penny shares. No payment has come through and Rose Pitso keep telling me that the government has stopped them from trading shares since February 2015 (not first occurrence) and i cant be paid my outstanding cash from sale of my shares.<br> <br> Please assist cause this is dragging for too long and i don't know if i'm being taken for a ride or not.
