No payment on sold shares

I have been waiting to get my money for my shares since January to date. The sad thing is you don't even Communicate with me.<br> Please get someone to call me back urgently with proper feedback regarding this. I don't want to take this matter to Ombudsman and please don't push me to go that route.<br> It doesn't take more than 6 months to sell the shares especially because you working with them. <br>
