DELAY OF PAYOUT FROM MY SHARES

Good day<br> <br> Please assist, I had invested with Wealthnet for some years. Last year I have cancelled the legacy shares on the 14/09/2014. Till today my money has not been paid into my account. I have phoned them several times and they are telling me stories and I phoned again today I spoke to Rose she told me that they are having problems with FSB.
