8 years of investing shares but I receive nothing

<p>Good day I have invested with Virtus financial services for eight years from 2008 to 2016...</p> <p>Last year I advised them that they should sell my shares but till now I have not received a cent from them . When I contact them they tell me that have not yet sold my shares it's a year now since I gave them notice .</p> <p>Really I am disappointed
