Trend Toujours permanent hair dye

Takealot does not take no responsibility for the products they sell. After many emails back and forth they told me that they will not refund me. I bought hair dye from them and it literally felt like accid in my scalp even the color was wrong. Please ,if I can help one person do not buy Toujours Trend hair dye. Not even the distributor is taking responsibility for this. Two weeks in and I'm still suffering and washing dye color out. The smell was intense,smelled like egg ammonia for almost a full week. Becareful , buying from this brand.
