Virtual Visas (Goodwood, Cape Town).

My girlfriend and I had immigrated to Taiwan for work in July. We now need to get some documents (police clearance and authentication at Dirco) done in South Africa. We found a the company "Virtual Visas" in Goodwood (Cape Town), and have made use of them. Long story short, they have not adhered to ANY deadlines they have provided us with, and often we ask for an update via Whatsapp, and our messages go unread (even though they are online).

On a side note, we had gotten other documentation sorted with a different company in the heart of Covid 19 (level 4), and it is now level 2 in Cape Town, and for an agency like this, these things should get done really quickly. Their service is really poor. The next step will be to involve ombudsman.
