VOSA (Virtual Office Assistant) ****!!!

I'm only putting 1 star, because negative 10 is not on the scale. We contacted VOSA to sign up for a virtual office package. An error was made when we paid them, in that we paid more than the required fee. Now after they have received their money for the sign up, they won't assist us with the refund due to us. They don't answer phones or emails (they ask the receptionist to tell them who is calling) until I threatened to go to the newspapers. The one Manager didn't know I had his cellphone number from previous emails and he answered my call on Friday. They promised to refund us today, but still nothing. This is refund is money which was due to pay another service provider. I know they are lying and we probably won't get the refund, so now we want yo expose them so that no one else falls for their ****! The people I dealt with are Karl and Dayne Rademeyer
