Bad Service and Empty promises

<p>We used the above mentioned company ***ner Adriaan Prinsloo) to assist in IT and new laptops for the office. Since Feb 2016 we received our laptops, with one broken and one incomplete. We kept on asking to have the broken one replaced... wich was replaced about two weeks ago only June2016. The emails and mapping was never done as promised and Adriaan was here to complete, but had to leave urgently... I have had to pay someone else to complete the services that he had to do. We are still awaiting the additional RAM and docking station that was paid for. Today I received a message saying that he will repay our money. I have gotten the impression that he did not acctually know what he was doing. This is just a warning to everyone not to use his services.</p>
