Rude Customer Service

On Monday they tried calling me while I was in a meeting. I phoned back and arranged that they deliver at my work address the following day. Gave Lerato the address, building name and floor nr. <br> Then yesterday she phoned again while i was in a conference. When we had a break i called back. She was just plain rude. She then started accusong me of not telling them which building to go to and that the delivery guy has left. I told her that I did give her the building \Menlyn Corner floor 5 Liberty\" but she just kept on interupting me and saying I didnt. Eventually she said the delivery guy is gone now and can drop it at my house. I exlained that I wasnt at home and that the office address is 4km from my house he can just return? Eventually we didnt get anywhere and i asked for her name and said goodbye. This is ridiculous as you pay for parcels to be delivered and then they treat you like you did something wrong. I will be sending my complaint through to the product supplier as well. "
