Logistics company without a working tracking system for months

<p>i am trying to get hold of Virtual Logistics for 3 days on end to track packages that I ordered from another entity. They do not respond to emails, messages on their website or take calls. The online tracking system has been down for a couple of months and I am trying to get an answer on what the problem is and how I can track my package. No wrking systems and no way to get any service</p>
