Being disappointed by the company i worked for five years

i was employed by virtual logistic company for five years since 2013 to 2018 January . i was register under Alexander fobers , as one of our provident retirement funds financial investors . after being dismissed i was called by virtual logistic company to sign for my retirement funds . in February . after four to six weeks of waiting i called Alexander fober to find out about my claim forms if was submitted by virtual logistics company ,only to find out there was no claim forms submitted .

i called HR of virtual Logistic for assistance by the name of (shantal smith) but she ignored me . even today no claim forms was submitted virtual logistic company to Alexander fobers . when i call Alexander fober to check my claim they tell me my account is still active and the only way to help is when my company can submitted those claim forms .
