Theft of deposit - Disgrace to this world!

This so called agent, has ****** from the landlord to fix her own problems with SARS. And after she has given us written letters stating that she will pay our deposit back. She still hasn't done this & she keeps on passing the blame to the landlord now. Now suddenly she is in the process of being liquidated. I wonder why? It is because of steeling and helping yourself to other peoples money!! Disgraced!
