I bought a full year access to study material during Virtual Au Pairs black friday sale last year for the 2026 school year. Since then I've mailed, called, whatsapped and did not get any response or study material from them. Jessica, the owner, is very active on Facebook advertising, but just flat out ignores clients that paid and did not receive anything. Feels like a ****.
