I would strongly caution anyone against using Virtual Au Pair. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating. The service charges parents for access to school papers and educational assistance for children, yet the content is rarely updated with any new or useful information. The platform appears poorly maintained, despite customers continuing to pay for a service that is advertised as ongoing academic support. What makes the situation even worse is the complete lack of communication and customer support. Emails, messages, and follow-ups are consistently ignored, leaving customers with no assistance once payment has been made. The silence and lack of accountability from the company are unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected reliable service, updated educational material, and at the very least, basic customer care and responsiveness. Unfortunately, none of these expectations were met. Instead, the entire experience has felt misleading and deceptive, and it raises serious concerns about the legitimacy and transparency of how this business operates. I am formally lodging a complaint regarding the poor service, lack of responsiveness, and misleading nature of the offering. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to any parent or family seeking educational support services. I strongly encourage others to do thorough research before committing their money to this platform, as my experience has left me feeling completely let down and ignored as a customer.
