Can't activate my subscription

I must say the reviews here were very helpful. I've had the same experience. Paid for a standard package and so far I've had no joy in activating my account. They send me a whole long email saying they know what the problem is but it will take a while to resolve. Like how even when these things can so easily be automated. FRUSTRATED! and wondering how I will get paid even
