Poor business Equity

Viridi homes build a flat on my premises. They are registered with the NHBRC and the workman ship was not to standard. We notified mr. Maruis and and ask him to do the necessary amendments. Cracks of wall/plaster interior and exterior were peeling off and plaster of dwelling is loose from walls. Denomination are occurring on panels no gutters was added as they quoted for us but we paid for everything. After several correspondence and letters they are just ignoring the repairs and state that Viridi Homes is liquidated. That is not true. And I ask them to fix the dwelling with no replay and if I phone them they just laugh at my request.<br> <br> I hereby order them to fix the dwelling with in 14 days from my complaint if not I will take further actions.
