Virginia Skelton of MRL - Takes money but doesn't deliver goods

<p>I gave Virginia Skelton R3000.00 in cash for frangrances from MRL more than 2 months ago and she has not delivered anything and refuses to refund my money. I went to her office at 12 Azana Way in Ottery and she has threatened me and my wife with physical violence if we expose her.</p>
