Useless support.

I have downloaded and installed the new Spot money app, and tried to verify my account. But it failed for an unknown reason. So I contacted their support. that was the 24th of December 2020. It is now the 8th Of Feb 2021. STILL NOT RESOLVED. How bad is that? Last reply vie email was "I am waiting for my engineers to get back....blah blah blah." I am getting seriously worried about this Spot app.
