Something fishy with Spot Money

So they have changed their name to Spot Money. With all kinds of bait to lure one to the new app. However...I could not get my account activated and verified on the new app. They have all kinds of excuses and poor reasons for this, but at the end, they said they cant help me. So, I tried to use my balance on the old Virgin Money Spot app. Guess what? it has been diabled. I cant buy airtime, or transfer it to my wife's app. So I tried to cash it out to my bank account. It failed. Surprise surprise. Something fishy is going on here. I don't like it, nor trust it.
