Unsolicited, annoying robocalls

I have NOT given Virgin Money permission to market to me in any form. Yet this morning I get a call on my phone that is nothing but a loud pre-recorded voice announcing VIRGIN MONEY INSURANCE... (at which point I put the phone down).

It is damn annoying and will make me LESS willing to spend money with them. Also, there is a reason I never consented to any marketing from Virgin Money Insurance: I don't want to talk to them. And I definitely don't want some obnoxious voice recording screaming in my ear.
