Unfair treatment by Virgin Money insuarace company
Its been a month after I called Virgin Money insurance to lay a claim for a car accident . I have to keep calling them to ask what the way forward is . Till this day no one has contacted me to advise on the way forward .I have a feeling this company is a **** .
