They do not know what they are doing
<p>i have joined virgin money insurance for my car, house contents and building and they only registered the cover for my building. i have cancelled the insurance i have and now i am not covered at all for my car and contents. i have called them and they promised to call me back and i am still waiting for a call. This company has employees who do not what they are doing. i trully regret having a business contract with them. they are an embarrasment and disgrace to the visionary of this brand.</p>
