I'm Very disappointed with the way my Claim was eventually handled, when I buy this Policy I was told that I don't have to Pay Excess if it is not my Fault but eventual I had to Pay with the agreement that it will be refunded. Now its one story after another with People not knowing their Product. I've made numerous Calls and was Promised that Adilla McCassim or Rosy Kekana will call. what I'm experiencing is shame I even regret why I switched my insurance to Virgin Money
