Not happy about virgin insurance money

<p>I was involved in a car accident on the 17th of april, and logged a claim with virgin money and was told the assessor will contact me within 48 hrs and that did not happen i had to phone them on the 3rd day after my claim. That when they came to tow the car for repairs but still its now almost 2 weeks after the incident my car is still not fixed because the machanic hasn't received an authorisation number from the insurance. When i call them they tell me that the only person who will assisst me will only be available on the 2nd may. I am not happy about their service clearly this shows that they don't really care about their clients.</p>
