Horror experience contrary to TV advert

I had a terrible odeal recently, where i experienced an attempted hijack. All the virgin insurance agent was interested in is the fact that i was travelling at night. Forget my trauma, I got home i had to beg your emergency assist to come and tow the car as it had damages sustained while i was running from the potential hijackers.

I begged and pleaded, telling them that my car manufacturer has advised not to drive the car anymore as this might trigger airgbags and render the car a write-off. You can listen to the call

Secondly i had to find out that i do not have car hire and when i asked for the call their agents said that i had opted to exclude the car hire option, they listened to the sales call.

I asked for the copies of the call, Someone contacted me to say that i had indeed opted to exclude car hire. However i was then offered an easier more convenient way, that is they are willing to collect premium and offer me the car hire. So i immediately thought ok, we working towards a solution that is customer centric.

Now that my premium is collected i am being told another story.

One of their agents aluded to the fact that the sales agent that sold me the policy no longer works there. So i have asked them for all calls and i was also told that not every call is recorded. I have opted to go to my cellphone statement to review all calls made to me and to virgin insurance during the sale. i am worried that i may be provided with calls that are convenient for them because a sales process is a discussion and i had multiple calls with the sales agent and i remember that i did ask for car hire eventually.

My traumatic attempted hijack experience has turned from horrible to
unbearable.

A really frustrating customer experience while they keep getting my name wrong
