13 weeks of waiting

<p>I have been waiting 13 weeks for my virgin fibre line to be installed. Unless you count the first 4 weeks I waited after I app**** for the fibre line, then I've been waiting for 17 weeks... </p> <p>At first I waited patiently for my istallatation date they gave me after I app****. That day finally came, but instead of coming to install my line, they told me they would have to do work on their infrasucture in my area, which would require them to apply for permission from the council. They told me this was "normal"and that I shouldn't worry as in 6-8 weeks it would be sorted. Great, thanks virgin, I really love waiting and am thrilled I have to wait another 6-8 weeks!!</p> <p>So I waited another 8 weeks without hearing a word from them. I then contacted them after 9 weeks as nothing had been done, and no one had informed me of anything. They basically told me they can't really give me any more information and I just have to keep waiting patiently. </p> <p>It's now 13 weeks later and not a word from anyone!!!! I'm fed up now and just about ready to cancel my application. Absolutely ridiciulous service. I wouldn't recommend virgin to anyone!</p>
