No response to book 5 star luxury lodge

Wanted to book a special anniversary weekend at Ulusuba Safari Lodge. I called them and they had availability for a weekend in July, was advised that I couldn't reserve over the phone and would have to email the request, I did this and have sent two follow up requests with no response received, Considering this luxury lodge costs R12000.00 per night one would expect an immediate response to the request to reserve at their 5 star property. One has to wonder if this is the service you receive from the call centre of Virgin Limited Edition what the service would be like at the lodge itself. <br> I am very disappointed as had been recommended to the lodge by our game ranger when we stayed at Hamilton's Tented Camp. Service at Hamilton's was phenomenal.<br> Richard Branson and his team at Virgin Limited Editions needs to take a serious look at the service they are offering for such an expensive luxury lodge.<br> Linda de Zoeten
