Virgin Hair Gallery **********!

Virgin hair gallery has taken my money and not delivered my parcell.

Its been 3 weeks now and i have not received ANYTHING! After i spoke with the shipping company they said there was nothing tracking on the tracking number which was sent to me!

On 29 November i ordered a product from Virgin Hair Gallery. I found the site on instagram. R949. Looked promising as they were constantly advertising and leaving details with each post. I made contact and ordered the product.

Gugu, (as written on the waybill) was constantly almost immediately replying to my messages whilst ordering. However after payment was received she just went quiet and responds untimely as well as delayed! I have sent her multiple complaints about my non delivery and she just has this nonchalant attitude to customer satisfaction. NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME IN THIS REGARD, she does not pick up phone calls etc!!!!

She claims there were problems with the delivery and will take ultimately before the end of that week to be delivered to me! Another lie!

As of yet Gugulethu Zulu from Virgin Hair Studio in 202 Cait (correction) Gardens 1 High Street is a *****! If thats even her real name!

On whatsapp she shows online however never picks up a phone call responds to messages!!
