Zero value for money at Virgin Active SA

Virgin active has changed gym access due to Covid-19 but have jot changed the billing system. We still pay a full membership fee but it is a chaos to to access classes especially at Carlswald VA. The stuff with such a stinking attitude is nit helping the situation. There is NO value for money at VA anymore. Nakekelo at Carlswald doesn’t even want to open the door at the studio so that those outside can at least hear the music, tell us NOW what difference does that make? We are not kids, we wouldn’t go inside the studio if the number is reached ALL we need is the door open. This is really annoying! VA cannot change everything and billing not reconsidered! Please tell us what is your plan about this chaos happening at your studios especially CARLSWALD
