Zero Service

<p>I am experiencing issues at the Virgin Active Vereeniging club where certain members don`t follow rules and make it very unpleasant for other abiding members. I have reported my concerns to the club manager who just laughed at my complaint. I have tried to lodge a complaint on their website but that was also ignored. I left the Vanderbijlpark club because of bad management just to realise that the Vereeniging club is not much better. Reading some of the other reviews I seriously wonder if any of the Virgin Active clubs in South Africa are any good and have competent managers???</p>
