Zero Customer service

Absolute zero customer service. I joined in September this year. They have wrongly debited my account and after been given the run around with the membership consultant - Dawood from Virgin (Point)....this issue has still not been resolved. Virgin has thousands of poor ratings on Hello Peter and doesn't seem to give a damn of the damage it has done to their brand. A poor record from a global brand that has such disregard for their customers. Customer retention is surely the name of the game.......right? Disappointed.
