<p>I would like to thank the Virgin Active team for their quick response and resolution to my complaint.</p> <p>Candice Smith and her team were very kind and very willing to resolve my issue.</p> <p>I would like to recommend, to anyone with a problem go to the branch and try resolve,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am feisty and very quick to loose it. ESPECIALLY how we resolve issues at work. My bosses are dynamic and very hands on,so I'm used to quick action.
