Zaheer In Retentions, I Commend you!!!!!!!!

HI Virgin Active, I just want to take the time out to recognize one of your retention staff Zaheer. When everyone else seem to not care about retaining a client and understanding the current temporary situation I'm in, Zaheer took the time to listen, understand and provide a relevant simplified solution to retain me as a client. I need to commend him for his work. When others tried to provide irrelevant solutions that didn't suit my circumstances and made it seem like we can't solve the issue to the point where I was gonna cancel. Zaheer stepped up and did great work. Give that man a Smoothie !!! :)
