Your trainers need to learn respect and gym etiquette!!!!

I would like to do a formal complaint against a trainer at the Bedfordview Virgin active .

Your trainers have absolutely no respect for people at the gym! I have been a member since the club was health and racket! I am on a legacy membership!

Your trainers think they own the equipment. When all they do is rent to train people. This trainers name is Molefe. He was with his client doing an apparent superset using the one single cable machine with a rope . I waited for them to be done . They took the rope off and left it on the floor so it WAS NOT attached to the machine . It was lying on the floor ! They moved to the other side of the gym for around 15mins because I used the rope on another cable for 3 full sets. He then comes back to me and asks me for the rope while I am still busy using it . I told him that I was busy with it . Telling me his client is doing a set. Sorry but am I supposed to smell that he is doing a set. This particular trainer has trained my father in the past so he knows me and my family . After my set I took it back to him and I made a joke saying I wasn’t aware you had dibs on the rope because I didn’t see your name on it - I even laughed . He then comes back to me while I am training and tells me to not be disrespectful in a very aggressive manner ! I am a female ! He is much bigger than me ! I will not take any verbal confrontation from anyone!!!

My family has 5 active memberships at this particular gym.

This is unacceptable
