Your contract never ends, pay forever

Very bad service, my contract has been completed long ago, I called them and told them I won't be attending anymore due to them not accepting to look after kids anymore due to Lock down, they kept pulling off every month, I called again and they advise they had a system error, that's not my problem, I have payed my contract and reached the end of my contract but they kept pulling off, guys please be careful the people is ***********, you will pay for the rest of your life.
