You will get sued! Slippery when wet this!

Hi,

I had to go on a previous mail to ensure I get hold of your Customer Complaints Executive about VA Durbanville club in D'Ville Centre.

For 3 months I have asked, pleaded and reported the slippery tile-walking trail from the mens lockers to the swimming pool, sauna and steamroom area. Having fallen twice already myself, another gentlemen of 80 fell the otherday and 2 other teenaged boys slipped and hit their heads against the wall. I have reported this to almost ALL the front desk staff, and managers on duty with one annoyed front desk staff just sucking wind through her teeth and tell me that head office is still working on it so that whatever their solution is matches their brand. I have been told that the tiles would be s****ped of the glossyness. Even been told that pool carpets are on their way. After FOUR months nothing happned and I'm telling you this... If I fall again, or anybody else, even with your slippery signage post I WILL Sue you and You Will cover all my medical expenses. I've had it with you lot! Safety first Before your Freaken Brand! You wouldn't have a Freaken brand if you did not have us as your customers! Taking this further!
